No one saw the accident, but passersby noticed the brush fire near a Home Depot and contacted authorities. The Medical Examiners Office has not released any information about the wrongful death victim yet. After causing the freeway to close for over 2 hours, it reopened to traffic at 8:30 a.m. when the fire was extinguished.

A witness of the accident said the victim was crossing the Grand Avenue intersection near Mission Bay Drive at around 8:00 p.m. The vehicle that struck her was a Nissan Armada. The driver of the SUV that hit her stopped immediately after the accident, and called the San Diego Police. The woman was taken to the hospital with major head injuries, where she later died from these injuries.

The injury victim was taken to a hospital, where he died Sunday. San Diego Police said it was unclear if the pedestrian was trying to cross the street or was standing in the road. The 19-year-old man who was driving was not arrested.

A passenger in the back seat of the Camaro who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered the most serious injuries, including head and back injuries. The driver suffered a broken nose, and the front seat passenger, a 20-year-old man also from Camp Pendleton, suffered cuts. Three of the five injured victims were taken to the hospital right after the accident.

The pickup truck accident occurred sometime between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m.. Giddings was traveling in his Dodge Ram truck south on Route 79 at an unknown speed when he failed to negotiate a curve and the truck went off the road and rolled several times.

The county Medical Examiner’s Office said the bicyclist carried no identification but appeared to be a man in his 30s. The bicycle accident victim ended up lying on the roadway directly in front of the second car several yards away from his mangled bicycle. He had been wearing a helmet. No more information on the victims identification has been released.

The motorcyclist victim did not have identification and his motorcycle was found nearby. The San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office estimate that the motorcycle accident occurred a few hours before he was found, around 5 or 6 pm on Saturday.

The woman is believed to be a local transient. She was taken to a hospital when authorities arrived at the scene of the accident. The incident was being investigated and more information, including an update on her condition, is not yet available.

A police spokesman stated that a male, 20 years of age was traveling south on Highland Valley Road in a Honda Civic, near Traylor Road when he made an abrupt turn to avoid stopped traffic. His Honda Civic clipped a car and went into oncoming traffic, hitting and killing the motorcyclist.

As she walked across the street eastbound at the intersection, she was struck by a Honda Civic driven by a 75-year-old woman. Police and paramedics were called to scene in San Diego’s Midtown neighborhood about 9:25 p.m. The woman was taken to a hospital and the road was closed for an investigation.
